Changes, Cancellation, & Return Policy
Changes and Cancellation:
- Please submit edits/changes to the order in writing to floral@whimsical-creative.com at least 2 weeks before the delivery/pickup date. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will always do the best we can.
- Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before the event date. They will incur a 10% processing fee.
- Once we have placed the order for the product from the wholesalers/farms, no cancellations or decreases to the order will be accepted.
Return policy:
- Returns will not be accepted. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order we ask that you voice your concerns at the time you receive the products and we will do all that we can to make adjustments to your liking.
